This site describes KeyStone, the KeyStone Protocol, and the services the firm provides to institutions. It is commercial information about the firm, published for institutional audiences.
Nothing on this site is an offer of services, an invitation to transact, investment advice, legal advice or a recommendation of any kind, in any jurisdiction. Nothing on this site creates a client relationship with KeyStone.
Access to the KeyStone network, the KeyStone Protocol, the testnet and any related service is provided only under separate written agreements between KeyStone and the institutions concerned. These terms govern the website alone, and nothing you do on the website, including requesting a briefing or testnet access, obliges KeyStone to provide any service or obliges you to take one.
We work to keep the information on this site accurate and current, and we correct it when it is not. The site may nevertheless contain information that is incomplete, out of date or superseded, including descriptions of protocol behaviour, network status and integrations. Statements about capabilities under development are statements of intent, not commitments.
The KeyStone name and mark, and the content, drawings and design of this site belong to KeyStone or its licensors. You may view the site and retain copies of its pages for your internal, non-commercial evaluation of the firm. Any other reproduction, distribution or use requires our written permission.
You agree not to interfere with the operation of the site, probe or test its infrastructure other than as an ordinary visitor, misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us, or use the site or its contents to mislead any person about KeyStone or about your relationship with KeyStone.
This site names firms whose infrastructure KeyStone works with. Those names identify the infrastructure in use; they do not imply that any named firm endorses this site or anything on it. Any third party site we link to is governed by its own terms, and we are not responsible for its content.
Information you submit through the briefing form or send to our addresses is used to respond to you and to conduct the firm's business with you, as described in our Privacy Notice. Do not send us confidential information through the website: nothing submitted here creates a duty of confidence.

These terms, and any dispute arising from them or from use of this site, are governed by the law of the State of Delaware and applicable United States federal law. The state and federal courts sitting in Delaware have exclusive jurisdiction.
